This website and its content are the property of S.C. CYREX GROUP S.R.L., a legal entity of Romanian nationality, having its registered office at Str. Stefan Octavian Iosif, Bl. 1C, Sc. 1, Ap. 1, 332021, Petroșani, Hunedoara, România, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2023024889406, Fiscal Code (CUI) 49342723 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or “We").

For clarity, the terms below shall have the following meaning:

• User: Any natural or legal person accessing this website.
• Demo (Demonstration): The free service, limited in time, offered by the Company to potential clients, consisting of: (a) an interactive video presentation of the platform's functionalities performed by a Company consultant and/or (b) granting a temporary, revocable, and non-transferable right of access to a testing environment (sandbox), strictly for evaluating the technical capabilities of the product, without being available for productive commercial purposes (in a live restaurant environment).

By accessing, browsing, and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age or the minimum legal age for digital consent in your country and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

The entire content of this site and the materials presented in the Demo sessions, including but not limited to:

• Logos, graphics, interface design (UI/UX);
• Source code and database structure;
• Texts, proprietary images, and explanatory video materials;
• Functionalities of the Demo Platform accessed via screen-share or test account;

Are the exclusive property of the Company or are licensed to us and are protected by the Romanian Law no. 8/1996 regarding copyright and related rights.

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content of the site or the Demo platform.
• Attempt any reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the software presented in the Demo or on the site.
• Use branding elements or the design of the digital menus for competitive commercial purposes without our written consent.

The User agrees NOT to use the site or the Demo platform for:

• Terrorism and Illegal Activities: Promoting, supporting, or financing acts of terrorism or extremist groups.
• Fraud: Phishing attempts, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Cyberattacks: Any action such as DDoS, malicious code injection, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized access.

Violation of these provisions will result in immediate blocking of access and reporting to the competent authorities.

The presentation website and the Demo service are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty, express or implied.

The Company assumes NO liability for:

• Any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential), including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, which may result from the use or inability to use the website or the Demo platform.
• Any errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through our services, although we make all reasonable efforts to ensure security.
• Business decisions taken by the User based on the information presented on the website or in the Demo.

The User assumes full responsibility and risk associated with the use of the Demo platform and the website.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts located at the Company's headquarters (Petroșani, Hunedoara County, Romania).

The Company reserves the right to periodically update and modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the site with the revision date. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
